Privacy

This site is run by the Coruscant Guard unit of the Star-Sim Roblox community. It is a free, unofficial fan project.

What we keep

When you sign in with Roblox, Roblox tells us your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image address. We do not receive your password or email address.

For unit members, leadership records unit information such as rank, assignment, qualifications, attendance points and service history.

We keep a log of changes made on the site (who changed what, and when).

How it is used

Only to run the unit: showing the roster and records, and deciding who may use the admin pages. It is never sold or shared outside the unit's leadership.

Roblox and Discord user IDs are visible only to the unit's site administrators.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in for up to six hours. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's servers (Workers and D1).

Removing your information

Ask a member of the unit's leadership. Sign-in records are deleted automatically when they expire.
